The JD Power Initial Quality Study is based on the number of problems experienced per 100 vehicles during the first 90 days after the vehicle is driven off the Buick dealer lot. In this study, lower scores obviously equal higher quality. The study is compiled using a 223-question survey of nine specific categories:
