Which Vehicles Get Disney Plus
GM is rolling out Disney Plus to its largest family SUVs for 2025 and newer model years. The Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban both get the feature, along with the entire Cadillac Escalade family including the electric Escalade IQ and IQL. The GMC Yukon and Yukon XL round out the list, plus the ultra-luxury Cadillac Celestiq.
If you’re shopping for something smaller like the GMC Acadia, you won’t find this feature yet. GM appears to be focusing on their three-row trucks and flagship luxury models first, likely because these vehicles already have the screen setups that make streaming practical.
To actually watch anything, you’ll need two things working together. First, an active Disney Plus subscription. Second, an eligible OnStar plan that supports streaming. Once both are set up, just log into your Disney Plus account through the vehicle’s infotainment system and you’re good to go.
What You Can Actually Watch
You get everything Disney Plus offers. The full lineup from Disney Animation, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic. Recent releases like the live-action Lilo and Stitch, the Star Wars series Andor, and Wizards Beyond Waverly Place are all there.
Here’s where it gets interesting for bundle subscribers. If you pay for the Disney Plus package that includes Hulu and ESPN, you can switch between all three services directly within the Disney Plus app in your car. So parents can stream a Marvel movie for the kids on the rear screens while checking ESPN scores up front during a pit stop.

The kids watch on the built-in screens, the audio comes through the car speakers or wireless headphones, and everyone stays entertained without a tangled mess of devices.
