The new Jailbreak editions no longer have any customization restrictions for the 2022 models of the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. You can check any box on the order page for exterior color, interior, stripes, and much more with any and all combinations. There are some unique options for this edition and a helping of extra horsepower for a total of 807. Let’s take a closer look.
Previously Restricted Combinations Unlocked
The Jailbreak option package lives up to its name with previously restricted custom combinations unlocked for the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. That means you can choose from any combination of seven types of seats, seven different stripes, and seven wheel options. You can then combine your choices with one of six different brake caliper options, five exterior badging options, four different types of steering wheels, plus four different seat belts and floor mat colors.
That’s a lot of choices. It also means that you can really customize your new Charger or Challenger to your heart’s content. Along with endless option combinations, the Jailbreak package offers several exclusive new parts to make it even more tempting to drivers.
Recalibrated Powertrain
In order to get an additional 10 horsepower for a total of 807 horsepower, the supercharged 6.2-liter V8 in the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody has been recalibrated. This improved output matches the Challenger Super Stock and is only one horse shy of the no-longer-available Demon’s 808 output.
Along with the recalibrated powertrain, some other cool equipment has been added, including a black nickel exhaust tip finish for the Charger only, plus new leather seats, new floor mat accents, new leather steering wheel options, a chrome fuel door, and much more for both the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody.
Extras and Dodge Combos
When you combine all the new extras for the Jailbreak package with all the previously available options, it’s easy to create a totally custom look inside and out for your new Dodge Charger or Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody. However, if the long list of options and combinations is making your head spin, Dodge is ready to help you out there, too, with some preselected order combinations.
The Dodge Old School combo features F8 Green exterior color combined with 20-inch Warp Speed Satin Carbon wheels and Gunmetal Gray brake calipers. Inside, you’ll find Hammerhead Gray seatbelts and floor mat accents.
With the Brass Funky combo, you’ll get the Hellraisin exterior color combined with a sepia Laguna interior theme that includes leather seats, floor mat accents, suede headliner, and matching steering wheel.
Other Dodge premade combos include Red Dawn, The Classic, and Yin Yang.
The Jailbreak package, complete with extra horses, for the Dodge Charger and Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody, should be available by the end of 2021.
